Candace Bailey has featured in many shows, but rose to prominence after co-hosting the once popular Show Attack on the now defunct G4 TV channel. The American actress began her career in the late 90s, appearing on several shows, but got her big break in the 2000s with the show G4 before gradually starting to step off screen. We can’t determine if the actress intends to return to television as she no longer shares much information with the media. Either way, it would be interesting to find out what her career path was like along with other facts about the actress.

Candace Kaye Bailey was born on May 20, 1982 in Birmingham, Alabama. When she was two, her family moved to Florida. She attended Gulf Breeze High School after which she proceeded to Marymount Manhattan College in New York. Growing up, Candace Bailey was full of life and was eager to explore. She had become interested in modeling and joined a modeling company in New York when she was 12 years old.

She also tested the waters in gymnastics and even competed in the Junior Olympics. Candace Bailey’s career began when she was 17. She made her debut in the drama series, The Sopranos where she portrayed the character of Deena Hauser in the ninth episode – Boca. Her next television appearance was in 2002 when she became a co-host alongside Brent Popolizio on the U-Pick Live show on Nickelodeon. In 2003, Bailey hosted Slime Time Live and also co-hosted Super Bowl XXXVIII pre-game show, all on Nickelodeon.

She hosted U-Pick Live until 2005. The following year, she made her first appearance as a series regular on the CBS series Jericho where she played the character Skylar Stevens. Candace was on the show from 2006 to 2008. She then made an appearance in the music video, Goodnight Goodnight by Maroon 5, also in 2008. Candace Bailey also guest-starred in an episode of Ghost Whisperer in 2010.

Bailey was in talks with the producers of Attack of the Show on G4 and before the start of 2011, secured a spot to co-host the show alongside Kevin Pereira. Even after Kevin’s exit in May 2012, Candace remained on the show until January 2013 when the final episode aired. Reportedly, the show was to be canceled due to low ratings. Backing up these reports was the announcement by G4 that it would not be renewed for certain branding reasons. Indeed, the last episode of the show aired on January 23, 2013.

After her time in the series, nothing was heard from the actress. Although she posts occasionally on social media, her fans can’t wait to hear about her plans for television in the years to come.
