BIOGRAPHY
Carlos López Estrada is a film and music video director, of Mexican and North American nationality, born on September 12, 1988, in Mexico City. When he was a boy, he moved to the United States, where he grew up and got closer to the world of entertainment thanks to his mother, television producer Carla Estrada. He began to be recognized for his work in music videos for artists such as Flyng Lotus, Goo Goo Dolls , Passion Pit, Capital Cities and Billie Eilish , among others. He debuted in feature films with the acclaimed film Blind Spot (2018), which was followed by the film Summertime (2020) and the season finale of the series Legion (2019). In 2021 Carlos co-directs the film Raya and the Last Dragon , one of the most anticipated films of the year that will be released in theaters and streaming simultaneously.
