Chandler Kinney is an American actress, born on August 3, 2000, in Sacramento, California. She began taking dance classes from the age of 3, in addition to training in martial arts, where she earned a black belt at age 13. She had her first opportunities as an actress from the age of 9 and she continued to formally prepare herself while appearing in advertisements and television commercials.
