BIOGRAPHY
Courtney Henggeler received her first acting lessons in Los Angeles and began her acting career with a leading role in the B horror film The Bog Creatures in 2003. Two years later, she made a guest appearance in the medical drama House and in 2008 played a guest role on the popular sitcom The Big Bang Theory as Missy Cooper, the twin sister of the series’ main character, Sheldon Cooper, a role she reprized in 2018 for the show’s 11th season. After playing several guest roles in several films and television shows over the next few years and a recurring role on the CBS sitcom Mom (2013-2015), Henggeler finally landed her first starring role in 2018 as Amanda LaRusso, the wife of Daniel LaRusso, in the YouTube Premium series Cobra Kai . After two seasons, the distribution rights passed to Netflix, where the third season is being prepared.
