Debra “Debbe” Dunning was born in Burbank, California on July 19, 1966 to Diane and Bob Dunning. She was the only child born to her parents, so Debbe grew up fully supported. As a child, she loved dolls and spent a lot of time dressing them up and playing around the house. She attended John Burroughs High School where she was on the cheerleading squad. She was also named Homecoming Queen before going to college.
Ever since she was a little girl, Debbe wanted to be a movie star, and she sure had the right tone to support that ambition, if nothing else. She started her career in the modeling industry when she signed with the prestigious Judith Fontaine Modeling and Talent Agency in Los Angeles.
