Jeffrey Logan Sciullo popularly known by his stage name Elias Samson was born on November 22, 1987 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States of America. There are no official records detailing the schools he attended, but it has been gathered from surveys that he did indeed attend high school where he played baseball, which has helped to form part of his fitness trail.

Upon leaving high school, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a professional wrestler by enrolling in Pro Wrestling School. It was also discovered that Jeffrey had a degree in business administration, although the institution he attended is yet to be confirmed.
