Elisha Cuthbert has confirmed her pregnancy

Elisha Cuthbert announced her pregnancy with her husband Dion Phaneuf’s son on the Queerified with Gigi Gorgeous & Mimi podcast on December 8, 2021.

At the time of the podcast, The Ranch actress stated that she was just over seven months pregnant, meaning she will be in her eighth month of pregnancy in January 2022.

Still, I’m starting to feel it now. “Those last few months are incredibly difficult, especially when you’re small like me and so [dizzy],” the actress commented, admitting that she was going to give birth in a few months.

Cuthbert went on to claim that she no longer wore heels because the weight of her growing belly made it impossible for her to maneuver in them. She joked: “[Without heels] I feel like an old, pregnant woman.”

During the conversation, the actress said that she and her husband Phaneuf, a former professional ice hockey player, discovered they were pregnant during the outbreak.

She stated that she was relieved to become pregnant at the end of the epidemic because she believed she would have suffocated if she had been confined to her home for weeks during her pregnancy.

Although it is still not safe to continue with daily life, she believes now is a better time to have a child than when the outbreak began.

Furthermore, Cuthbert verified the news on his social media pages. He revealed his pregnancy on Instagram with a podcast clip on December 14, 2021.

The Happy Endings actress apparently began dating her future husband Phaneuf in May 2008. In December 2008, former Dallas Stars winger Sean Avery, who had previously dated Cuthbert, mentioned how other NHL players, including Phaneuf, fell in love with their “neglected seconds.”

Despite the incident, the couple remained committed to each other. September 2012 marked the announcement of their engagement.
