Eva Llorach is a Spanish actress who recently won a Goya Award for Best New Actress for her participation in Quien Te Cantar (2018). She studied at the Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de Murcia and began her career in theater performing in more than 10 plays before making her big screen debut with Diamond Flash (2011) directed by Carlos Vermut, in which she starred. Later, came the anthology film The ABC’s of Death (2012) which was partly directed by Nacho Vigalondo and where Eva participated in the letter A (each letter is a different story that reaches Z). Shortly after came a series of short films in which she had some participation. Other films where she has acted are Piccolo Grande Amore (2013), La lava en los libros (2013), both directed by Jordi Costa. Some time later she was sought out once again by Vermunt to play Violeta in the film QUIEN TE CANTARA (2018), which was very well received by critics and film festivals locally and around the world; Among some of the nominations she had were ‘Best Photography’, ‘Best Sound’ and ‘Best New Actress’ at the Goya, an award that Llorach won. She recently briefly participated in other short films and some television shows, however, due to her resume, she was requested by Netflix to join the second season of its successful series Elite (2018-) where she plays Sandra.
