BIOGRAPHY
At just 12 years old, Hélène Rolles responded to an ad in the Paris Match newspaper to star in Jean-Pierre Moscardo’s film , Le Mouton noir . For her first performance, the teenager plays Alice, or the daughter of the famous Jacques Dutronc . However, once filming was completed, she abandoned cinema to devote herself to her studies. It was in 1991 that the young woman’s career took a completely different turn, when she appeared for the first time in the sitcom First Kisses . Given the success of her character, Hélène Girard, the production of the program decided to develop, a year later, another series centered on her role: Hélène and the boys .

Still in the guise of Hélène Girard, this time she is accompanied by her friends and roommates Cathy and Johanna. Together, they meet a trio of boys with whom they will experience love, friendship, laughter… The triumph is immediate, so much so that the comedy is exported internationally. Performer of the show ‘s credits , Hélène Rolles released, at the same time, her album entitled ” Je m’appelle Hélène” , which sold more than 900,000 copies. In 1994, the series ended to make way for The Miracle of Love , where the group of friends collectively moved into a large house.

But this enthusiasm for Hélène is starting to run out of steam, which is why the actress decides to move away from media exposure for a long time. She devoted herself to music for five years, before making her comeback in theaters by breaking her exemplary image. She plays a disoriented drug addict in the Luc Besson- produced thriller , Exit . Then, the singer finally finds the costume that sticks to her skin, that of Hélène Girard, by joining her former comrades in the fourth season of Vacances de l’amour , filmed in the West Indies. In 2011, the third derivative of the cult sitcom was born: The Mysteries of Love , this time bringing together the most emblematic figures of the time, now in their forties. Returning from their stay on a fictional island, they move in together again in a house to experience even more adventures.
