BIOGRAPHY
Nephew of Ralph Fiennes and Joseph Fiennes , Hero Fiennes Tiffin obtained in 2007 the role of young Tom Riddle, future Lord Voldemort, in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince . It is also his resemblance to his uncle Ralph (interpreter of the same adult character) and his dark side which appeals to the production of this blockbuster which generates more than 935 million dollars in revenue worldwide.
Before the magical saga, he appeared in the independent film Bigga than ben while leading a sporting career within the Lambeth All-Stars football team, which brings together young Londoners under the age of 12, and working as a model for Dolce & Gabbana and Montblanc.
Wanting to break into cinema and television, Hero Fiennes Tiffin multiplies the castings. He thus participates in eight episodes of the series Safe led by Michael C. Hall , in which a widower discovers strange secrets among those around him after the disappearance of his daughter. He followed that up with a role in Cleaning Up , where a cleaning lady gains access to highly confidential information at a brokerage firm.
In 2019, her career took an important turning point thanks to After: Chapter 1 , adapted from the first volume of a successful novel that the young author Anna Todd wrote on her smartphone. Hero Fiennes Tiffin plays Hardin Scott, a charismatic bad boy with whom the heroine, a student with a set life, indulges in the most intense love passion. He confides about his character:
“I don’t really recognize myself in Hardin, and that’s why I liked playing this character. There are aspects of his personality that interest me: his lack of restraint , his logical mind coupled with an impulsive, incoherent and unpredictable nature. Hardin is a great flirt, but he evolves over the course of the film thanks to Tessa. He is a dangerous character who can spiral at any moment. We think we know him but it always ends up surprising us.”
