BIOGRAPHY
Before attending college, Jean Louisa Kelly had roles in the original Broadway cast of Sondheim’s Into the Woods and appeared as Aunt Russell in the film Uncle Buck to the Rescue (1989) with John Candy. In the mid-1990s, after graduating from college, Kelly became known for a series of television commercials she did for MCI, in which she played a telephone operator who challenged AT&T. In 2000, she appeared in the featured role of Rowena Morgan, the muse of the main character in Triumph at Life . From 2000 to 2006, she played Kim Warner in the sitcom Yes, dear . Since then, she guest starred in many television dramas. In 2015 she made a small appearance in the Marvel film Ant-Man: Ant-Man . She recently appeared alongside Harrison Ford in The Call of the Wild (2020) and in Top Gun: Maverick (2020), starring Tom Cruise.
