BIOGRAPHY
In 1996, Justin Bartha moved to New York City and studied film and theater at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He began his film career behind the camera as a production assistant on the film Analízame (1999). He made his acting debut in the film, 54 (1998). Bartha had a leading role in the critically panned romantic comedy starring Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Gigli (2003) before landing the first role that launched his career: Riley Poole in The Lost Treasure (2004). The actor played this character again in 2007 in The Legend of the Lost Treasure – The Book of Secrets . Bartha once again had an important presence on the big screen with his role as Doug in What Happened Yesterday? (2009), which he repeated in the following films in 2011 and 2013. In 2021 we can see it in the Netflix film Sweet Girl starring Jason Momoa.
