Kaitlyn Vincie is an American sportscaster and journalist who works for Fox Sports, appearing on NASCAR Race Hub, RaceDay and other update shows. His passion for racing cars exploded after receiving a pass to the NASCAR All-Star Race.

An FS1 breakout star, Vince began his reporting career fresh out of college at Langley Speedway in his hometown of Virginia. She became popular after her vlogs posted on SceneDaily received acclaim.

She was born Kaitlyn Anne Vincie on December 10, 1987, in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Vincie spent her early childhood through early high school in Bridgewater. However, she continued her high school education in another town in Virginia, – Warrenton, where her family had moved.

Kaitlyn is the second daughter of John and Margaret Vincie. Information about his background reveals that his grandparents had a career in education. His grandmother taught fifth grade while his grandfather worked on a faculty at Bridgewater College.

Like many journalists today, Vincie’s passion for journalism began when she was young. During her high school years at Fauquier High School, Warrenton, Vincie was an active athlete, competing in both track and field events. She even led the school’s wrestling team for four years.

Among his running track creds are finishing first in the 800 meters at the AAA Cedar Run District. Vince graduated from Fauquier in 2006 and went to Christopher Newport University to study communications.

In addition to what she learned from the four walls of the classroom, Vince was opportune to be mentored by journalist Al Pearce who provided her with in-depth information on the career of journalism. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in 2010.

Vince’s interest in racing cars grew during his internship program at Christopher Newport University’s athletics department. While writing an article about gender disparity in auto racing with a focus on female NASCAR star Danica Patrick, Vince earned a pass to the NASCAR All-Star Race.

As previously reported, Vince’s first job was at Langley Speedway. His role included interviewing Speedway TV drivers. His works have been broadcast on WSKY TV, a local station.

While at Speedway, Vince took a second job as a waiter in order to supplement his income. She worked three nights a week.

With a slow start to her journalism career, Kaitlyn sought to improve her chances by posting self-produced NASCAR reports named “Hot for NASCAR” on YouTube. The vlog included his vision of the Sprint Cup Series and his interview with the drivers.

Luckily, NASCAR fans loved the blog and became immensely popular. In order to improve the quality of his videos, Vince studied computer software so that he could edit his videos. Soon, stock car racing website SceneDaily began posting the videos on their website, giving Vince the boost she was hoping for.

Kaitlyn worked for Langley Speedway for a year before leaving in 2012. She then worked as the general manager of a tanning salon in Newport News, Virginia.

Her reporting caught the attention of Speed, who invited her for an interview for the position of social media reporter. Vince accepted the interview and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in the summer of 2012 to start his new job.
