The actress was born on February 25, 1942 in Berkeley, California, United States and named Karen Trust Grassle. His parents; Gene Grassle (dad), who ran a gas station, and Charlotte Quiner (mother), who ran a restaurant, called her a miracle child as her mother had already suffered 4 miscarriages before she was born.
