BIOGRAPHY
Katie Adelton competed in beauty pageants in 1995 and went on to become Miss Maine Teen USA 1995 and first runner-up at Miss Teen USA 1995. After graduating from high school, she attended Boston University’s School of Communications for two years, before moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting. Later, she studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. Aselton made her film debut in The Puffy Chair (2005) alongside Mark Duplass, who directed the film alongside her brother Jay. After some time guest starring on some series, Adelton had the lead role of Jenny on the series The League (2009-2015). In 2016, Aselton appeared on Togetherness , an HBO original series created by her husband and her brother-in-law. Shortly after, she was cast in a lead role in the series Legion (2017-2018). In 2021, she participated in Pray for Us (2021), a horror film starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
