Best described as an American socialite, Lakiha Spicer’s widespread fame came when she got married to super-famous boxer Mike Tyson. However, he later established himself as the leader of the Philadelphia Mosque and became a respected Muslim imam in West Philadelphia. She has a brother named Azheem Spicer who is 3 years older than her.
Lakiha’s father, who was friends with controversial American boxing promoter Don King, took her to the boxing event where she first met Mike Tyson when she was eighteen. King warned Mike Tyson to stay away from her as both she and her father “were not people to be messed around with”. She, on the other hand, was attracted to him.
