BIOGRAPHY
Born to a pianist father and an arts teacher mother, Lauren Ridloff was diagnosed deaf when she was two years old. She was thus educated in establishments for the hearing impaired and then, once her secondary education was completed, she joined the California State University at Northridge to study English (with a specialization in writing).

In 2000, in parallel with her studies and with her beauty, she became Miss Deaf America. Once she graduated, Lauren Ridloff worked in several structures aimed at supporting deaf students.
