Louis Riddick was born to his parents on March 14, 1969, in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, which is also the very place where he was raised with his brother, Robb Riddick. His family was popular for their involvement in football games – Robb, who is twelve years younger than Louis, is a retired NFL star who served as the Buffalo Bills cudgels from 1981 to 1989. Upon retirement, Riddick was hired as a professional scout for the American football team Washington Reskins, where he served for four years and was then promoted to manager of Pro Personnel in 2005. The former NFL player was then hired as a pro scout by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2008, after which he was promoted to Director of Pro Personnel on February 3, 2010. He worked with the Eagles in 2010 and 2013.
