Lynda Day George has a record of three marriages, and her first foray into marriage was with Joseph Pantano. The duo exchanged wedding vows in 1963 and were together until 1970, when their marriage ended in divorce. Their union produced one child, a son named Nicky Pantano. Afterwards, Lynda met her second husband actor Christopher George on the set of Gentle Rain – a 1966 version. Christopher was popularly known for his starring role in 1966 ‘s The Rat Patrol – a popular war series. Lynda and Christopher separated after Sweet Rain but three years later they were reunited on the set of another film called John Wayne Western Chisumwhich was released in 1970. They became an article again and soon, love came and they sealed their relationship in a wedding ceremony which took place on May 15, 1970.
Together with her husband, Christopher, Lynda Day George filed a lawsuit to have her son Nicky legally declared as Christopher’s natural son. Consequently, his name was changed from Nicky Pantano to Nicholas “Nicky” George. Likewise, she became popular as Lynda Day George and for the next ten years she co-starred with her husband in several productions. Among them is the film titled Mortuary – A horror movie that hit the big screen in 1983. Their other joint efforts include The House on Greenapple Road. The two were the stars of Mayday at 40,000 feet! who came in 1976 and 1978 Cruise in Terror. But her joy was not dashed as she had a daughter with Christopher, Krisinda Casey George, born July 22, 1972.
The movie star got married for the third time to Doug Cronin and they tied the knot on March 17, 1990, but sadly, Doug passed away on December 4, 2010 after spending nearly two decades together.
