BIOGRAPHY
Champion of improvisation, Max Thieriot first appeared on the big screen at the age of 16. Thanks to his agent, he starred opposite Kristen Stewart in The Little Robbers , released in 2003. A year later, this Californian met the impressive Vin Diesel in the comedy Babysittor . Here he portrays the reserved teenager in the midst of an identity crisis, Seth Plummer, watched over by a Navy Seal agent. Since then, he has performed a series of performances and rubbed shoulders with famous actors: Billy Bob Thornton portrayed as an eccentric farmer in The Astronaut Farmer , or Emma Roberts leading the investigation in Nancy Drew .

In 2008, Mr. & Mrs. Smith director Doug Liman tapped him to star in the science fiction film, Jumper , starring Hayden Christensen . The young man here plays the hero David Rice in his adolescence, when he discovers the existence of his power of teleportation. It was in 2013 that the American channel A&E entrusted him with one of the main characters in the television adaptation of the famous Psycho , Bates Motel . For his first role on the small screen, he finds himself in the shoes of the delinquent Dylan Masset, the son of Norma Bates and half-brother of Norman. Solitary and independent, his character has a difficult relationship with his mother, played by Vera Farmiga .
