The heir to Boulos Enterprise was born on August 27, 1997 in Houston, Texas, into a wealthy family. He was born the son of wealthy Lebanese father Massad Boulos and his mother Sarah, founder of the Society for Performing Arts in Nigeria. He is of mixed ethnicity of Lebanese and French descent. Michael has three siblings: two sisters, Oriane and Sophie, and a younger brother, Fares, who looks a lot like him and is currently pursuing his acting career.
