Paige Spiranac was born on March 26, 1993 in Denver, Colorado. Her father, Dan Spiranac, played for the Pittsburgh Panthers college football team in the mid-1970s and her mother, Annette Spiranac, was a full-time ballet dancer. She has an older sister, Lexie, who studied at Stanford University.

Paige Spiranac did not attend any school in the early stages of her life; she was instead homeschooled and replaced normal school with training in gymnastics. Her distinctive talents earned her a guest at the US National Gymnastics Team training facility at Karolyi Ranch. Unfortunately, she dreamed of becoming a gymnast after suffering a knee injury.
