Park Hae-soo was raised in a Christian middle-class household in Suwon, Gyeonggi, South Korea, where he was born, he is of Korean and South Korean descent, and he practices Christianity.
His early schooling was finished at Buljeong-ro, Gyeonggi, South Korea High School. Later, he registered himself at Dankook University in Yongin, South Korea, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Film.

2007 marked the start of Park Hae Soo’s acting career, he began his career as a performer in musical theater, and The Strongest Comedy Mr. Lobby, a theater production, was where he made his stage debut.
The Suwon man kept appearing in numerous musicals throughout the ensuing years, and he made the transition to appearing in movies in 2012 and made his television debut in the show God of War also in 2014, he made his big-screen debut in the movie The Pirates.
In 2017, he began to gain popularity, he was given the lead part in the TV series Prison Playbook at the time, the show was extremely popular in South Korea and maintained its popularity into 2018, contributing to Hae Soo’s rise to fame.
