Prince Royce was born Geoffrey Royce Rojas on May 11, 1989. He was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. His parents are both Dominicans and he is the second of 4 children. He was very early in the bloom, as he sang in the choir and participated in talent shows in elementary school. The famous star started writing poetry as a teenager and eventually embraced songwriting. He started recording his own music at the age of 15, but got his big break at 19 when he signed his first recording contract.
