BIOGRAPHY
American director and character actor Robert Peters graduated from the University of Oklahoma and began his career in the late 1980s, appearing in numerous films and television shows and commercials. His film credits include In the Line of Fire (1993), The Big Hustle (2002) and Lincoln (2012). In 2006 he made his directorial debut with the first feature film Half Empty , a 2006 musical comedy. A native Oklahoman, Peters tries to film films in his state when possible. Oklahoma films in which he appeared include Eye of God, The Round and Round , and the baseball film Home Run (2013). He was recently part of the cast of the horror film Nefarious (2023), which follows a psychiatrist who must determine if a death row inmate is insane, or if he is sane and therefore the death penalty can be applied to him.
