BIOGRAPHY
The writer and producer Rodolfo Riva Palacio Alatriste was born on May 18, 1970 in Mexico City. He is co-creator of the cartoon, and also of the entertainment company, ‘Huevocartoon’. This company is a Mexican animation studio created in November 2001 by brothers Gabriel and Rodolfo Riva Palacio Alatriste, supported by their father, Rodolfo Riva Palacio Velasco, and Carlos Zepeda Chehaibar. In 2006 they made their first film A Movie of Eggs which, at the time, became the second most successful film in Mexican cinema of all time, only after The Crime of Father Amaro . Thanks to the innovation and creativity of the film, the Riva Palacio brothers won the Ariel awarded in the animated feature film category, thus inaugurating a new category within the prestigious awards. This first successful production was followed by others of the same quality, including Another Chicken and Eggs Movie (2009), A Rooster with Many Eggs (2015) and Martians vs. Mexicans (2018) . His most recent projects are the films Huevitos en Fuga and Un Gallo Congelado , still without an official release date.
