BIOGRAPHY
Born in Texas, Selena Gomez was raised from the age of five in a single-parent cell by her grandmother and her mother, a former theater actress. Following a small role in Spy Kids 3 , she met her best friend Demi Lovato on the set of a children’s show (“Barney & Friends”), then landed a recurring role in Miley Cyrus ‘ ultra-popular series. on Disney Channel ( Hannah Montana ).

In 2007, she officially became a Disney starlet (in the same way as Vanessa Hudgens or Britney Spears ) by joining the cast of the series Wizards of Waverly Place , whose pilot met with considerable success – success which lasted for almost four years. years and won two Emmy Awards.
