Biography of Sue Lasmar
This fitness icon was born on May 24, 1985 in Brasilia, Brazil, where she was also raised. Growing up, Sue Lasmar wasn’t one to go for athletics, even for whatever health benefits it might offer. In fact, she didn’t want to “stress” her body. However, when she found herself overweight, due to her unhealthy lifestyle, athletics and a comprehensive diet plan became her go-to solution.
Then, at 19, Sue Lasmar knew that at this point in her life, if she is going to live a healthy life, she must be willing to make the necessary changes, even if it means stressing her body. So, to transform her body and achieve the desired physique, she embarked on a fitness journey that included rigorous training 5 days a week and a strict diet.
One interesting thing about her was that she didn’t feel sorry for herself because of her weight or seemingly clumsy body. Instead, she opted for positive thinking and focusing on what she desires, which after all is an important tool and the motivation needed to overcome any challenge. Even when the journey itself was difficult, Lasmar stuck to his goal, knowing that obstacles would always be present. The more she progressed in achieving her goal, the more confident she became and the easier it was for her to believe that everything she sets out to achieve is possible.
Over the years, Lasmar has made incredible progress, and over time, she has achieved commendable success. In nine years, she lost 46 pounds. This inspired her to take her interest in fitness to the next level. In 2013, she entered the South Brazilian Bodybuilding Championship as a wellness and fitness athlete. She finished in 4th position out of 42 participants. Although she didn’t win, her experience inspired her to up her game and decided to become a professional fitness athlete. She has participated in other competitions such as the IFBB Santa Catarina Brazil and the 2015 Arnold Classic in Brazil. Sue has also competed in the WBFF Pro Diva Fitness modeling contests.
After her first show, she became a model and was an instant hit. She also became a celebrity in her country and firmly established herself in the industry. Subsequently, she moved to the United States and lived in Miami, where she continued her career. Then, she transferred her fame to social media.
In 2015, Sue Lasmar started an Instagram account, aiming to spread her passion for fitness. She has become an online sensation, with over a million engaged followers. Along with posting photos of her incredible physique, she also holds the position of personal trainer and fitness instructor and often posts details about her namesake products on her page.

Workout and diet plan
Sue Lasmar is eternally dedicated to her journey; every day she does something that leads her to achieve her goals. She understands that her body is the biggest investment she has ever made in her life and therefore invests wisely. Lasmar works 6 days a week and rests on Sundays, except for 45 minutes of cardio which she does in the morning. In all, she makes sure to maintain and develop her slim figure.
His training schedule includes shoulders and abs on Mondays and biceps/triceps on Tuesdays. Wednesdays are dedicated to training legs and calves, while Thursdays she trains her back. Fridays are for his chest/abs and his hamstrings and glutes take Saturdays.

Meal 2: 4-6 oz. Turkey Breast and Spinach
Meal 3: 4-6 oz. Bison, asparagus and ½ sweet potato
Meal 4: 4-6 oz. Chicken Breast & Broccoli
Meal 5: 4-6 oz. Tilapia and green beans
Its supplement stack includes whey protein, casein protein, glutamine, coconut oil, and BCAAs.
