The fitness personality was born on September 27, 1961 in Nebraska, United States of America. She reported being born as a six weeks premature baby, furthermore, she used to get sick frequently in her childhood. As a result, her doctor believed that her illness would not allow her to do any physical activity. As a native wrestler, she proved them wrong and got into a fitness career. She had two brothers in which one of her brothers had died of a heart attack.
In her high school days, she became a basketball player and even won an athletic scholarship to join Black Hills State University, which she left to live with her boyfriend. After a tragic incident involving her brother, she moved to California, where she joined a gym as a manager. Shortly after, she bought her first gym which became a part of her life. In 1999, she became a bodybuilding title holder at the US Open.
In addition, she participated in the beauty pageant and won the title of Mrs. Houston and Mrs. Texas. She later founded herself as a philanthropist and author. She has launched and sells the ‘NI30D Athletics’ line of sportswear.

They are three daughters: Leslie, Lauren Morgan, Tashina and two sons: LB Roemer and Maximillian. Along with her husband, Lamar owns four oil and gas companies.
Previously, during her high school days, she was in a seven-year relationship with her boyfriend whose information was not revealed in the media.
