Tom Hardy’s height and weight have been changed for movie parts. We already know he wears lifts, but did you see the actor before he took on the role of Bane in Batman: The Dark Knight Rises ? This transformation was a dream thing and people talked more and more about Hardy.

In the movie Batman his movie had an alarming transformation but it wasn’t the first time he had to totally change his build, in the 2008 movie Bronson where he played a young man who was sentenced to seven years in prison for robbing a post office ended up spending three decades in solitary confinement.

Also, in the film Warrior (2011), where he played an MMA fighter andformer soldier, his body underwent serious changes. When he talked about what he needed to do for Bronson, he said, “For Bronson, I gained about 7lbs a week, no steroids.”

In the absence of steroids, that’s what the actor ended up saying: “In the end, I ate about two and a half stones eating chicken and rice, which was my diet of basis throughout the day. Then I would have pizza, Häagen-Dazs and Coca-Cola: So it’s not good, but I had to gain weight. “

Some would say his role as Bane required him to look like a balance between his Bronson and Warrior size. He had just three months to achieve this feat by gaining 30 pounds, and he did very well if we were to say so ourselves. The actor currently weighs 82kg, but we’re not counting on that as long as he’s used to bulking up from time to time.
