BIOGRAPHY
After studying at the University of Kent in Canterbury, where he obtained a degree in English and American literature, Tom Wilkinson began acting. He got his first film role in Andrzej Wajda ‘s Smuga cienia , but then appeared mainly in television series. The 90s established him, thanks to roles in American productions: Sense and Sensibility by Ang Lee (1995), The Shadow and the Prey by Stephen Hopkins (1996) or even Smilla by Bille August (1997).
