Who is Justin Ryan Simpson?
Justin Ryan Simpson is one of the three living children of OJ Simpson – a popular NFL player, media personality and actor. His mother was Nicole Brown Simpson, who was cruelly murdered in her home along with her good friend Ron Goldman. Justin was born on August 6, 1988 and is of Black heritage.
From the union of both his parents, Justin has a sister named Sydney Brooke Simpsons (b. 1985). However, he has three other half-siblings from his father’s previous marriage to Marguerite L. Whitley, including Arnelle L. Simpson (born 1968), Jason L. Simpson (born 1970), and Aaren Lashone Simpson (born 1977). He was never privileged to meet Arnelle as she drowned in the family pool two days before her second birthday while Aaren died in 1979.
Trouble never seems far from the Simpson family, and as such, Justin had a rough and tragic childhood; He lost his mother to the cold hands of death in a murder that remains unsolved to this day. His father, OJ Simpson, was born Orenthal James Simpson on July 7, 1947, and was single-handedly raised by his mother after his parents’ divorce in 1952. A success in his younger years, he is now a retired professional NFL player, actor, media personality, and convicted robber. As an NFL player, he did amazingly well, playing as a running back for the NFL Buffalo Bills.
Two years after her split from OJ, Brown died prematurely and was found dead at her home after being murdered along with her boyfriend Ron Goldman on June 12, 1994 by an unknown assailant. After her death, her ex-husband OJ Simpson was taken into custody as he was the only person who at the time seemed to have any reason to want her dead. He was sent to prison and after eight months he was acquitted The People Versus OJ Simpson: Trial of the Century.
Acquitted despite all the charges there, there has been much controversy surrounding OJ’s involvement in the murder of his ex-wife and friend. On September 13, 2007 after his release from prison, OJ Simpson was arrested again on criminal conspiracy charges, kidnapping, assault, robbery and use of a deadly weapon. After so many hearings, he was found guilty and later imprisoned. He spent nine years behind bars and was released on October 1, 2017.

While OJ was in custody, Sydney and Justin lived with their grandparents but later relocated to Florida to stay with their father after he was declared innocent.
