Rachel Hannah Weisz was born on the 7th of March 1970 in London, England. She attended various schools such as North-London Collegiate School, Benenden School and St Paul’s Girls School. She also attended Trinity College, University of Cambridge, where she studied English.
Rachel Weisz developed a passion for acting from a young age, she began pursuing her dreams and today, Hannah is living the life that many aspiring actresses dream of. During her studies she appeared in several productions produced by her school. She also played a prominent role in establishing a student drama troupe called Cambridge Talking Tongues.
Weisz began her professional career in the 1992 TV movie Fürsprecher 11 . She starred in other films and series between the early ’90s before getting her first big break in 1994 when she played the role of Gilda in a West End reproduction of Home Design .
