XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 11S REVIEW VIDEO
XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 11S FULL TEST
Every year, the smartphone market becomes more and more attractive and full of interesting offers. Xiaomi did not wait long for the start of 2022 and presented several new models. Among them, is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s. It belongs to the middle price range and stands out for its appearance and functionality. His photographic abilities were also worked on.
DESIGN
In appearance, the device has every chance to find many admirers. It is elegant and modern. It features nicely rounded edges and its weight is light – only 179 grams. The front panel is almost identical to that of its predecessor. The thick lower bezel of the AMOLED screen and the specific notch for the selfie camera is a reminder of this.
On the rear panel, we find an updated quad-camera unit. It looks a lot like the one we know from the Mi 10T smartphone.
Like the other models unveiled at the end of January, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s comes in three colours: white, grey and blue. All three colours are spectacular and complement your style.
There is no change in the location of the fingerprint scanner. It is located on the right side of the page.
Overall, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s doesn’t stray too far from the look of a budget device. Its case is made of plastic that is pleasant to the touch.
SCREEN
The smartphone has a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen with an image refresh rate of 90 Hz. The FullHD+ resolution allows you to benefit from a better level of brightness and contrast. Therefore, the image is characterized by its saturation and clarity.
In the specs of the model, we can read that the screen has a maximum brightness level of 1000 nits, which is an impressive result. This indicates that you can freely handle the smartphone outdoors when the sun is shining outside. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s is an excellent choice for the beach or the mountains.
PERFORMANCE
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s is based on a MediaTek Helio G96 processor and a Mali G57MC2 graphics accelerator. The amount of RAM is promising. You can choose between two modifications – with 6 or 8 GB. The storage capacity varies from 64 to 128 GB. If necessary, it can be increased, since there is a separate slot for a memory card.
About the chipset of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s, we can say that it has recently been used in more affordable Android smartphones as price. Its capabilities ensure the fluidity and speed of work with a lower level of graphics. When it comes to daily tasks, you’re not supposed to have a review.
CAMERAS
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s has good photographic capabilities for its price. The rear camera features a 108-megapixel Samsung HW2 sensor, aided by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and two 2-megapixel sensors. The latter are responsible for creating macro photos and bokeh effects. Since there is no mention of the presence of optical stabilization, we should not expect excellence.
With the rear camera of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s, you can expect detailed photos with natural colors when shooting in daylight. This quality decreases slightly as night approaches. That’s where Dual-native ISO technology comes in, which reduces noise and improves the lenses’ sensitivity to light.
The selfie camera is a single 16-megapixel device and is aided by an LED flash. Both the front and rear cameras can create 1080p videos. In the menu, you will find a range of modes to create impressive sequences.
AUTONOMOUS OPERATION
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s is equipped with a non-removable battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh. Fewer and fewer devices on the market are available with the possibility of making them removable. With moderate use, you can count on a day or two charge.
The Chinese company has provided a 33W fast charging function. Thus, in just one hour you can restore the load from 0 to 100%. With a charged battery, you can enjoy up to 16 hours of continuous video, up to 33 hours of talk time, or 138 hours of music listening.
INTERESTING FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS
In response to the increasingly prolonged use of smartphones, the Chinese company offers two very useful modes. One of them is the sunlight display, which guarantees you a readable screen no matter what conditions you find yourself in. The other is Reading Mode 3.0 which is designed for vision protection. You can turn it on to reduce eye strain and continue using your phone with ease.
CONCLUSION
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s is a newcomer to the market and offers modern features for its price class. The smartphone supports contactless payments (NFC) and has improved cooling technology. Among its undeniable advantages are its large screen, its fast charging function and its large amount of RAM. Added to this is a pleasantly slim body and lightweight.
